Why this site exists

This is a small public notebook for notes, links, and field reports from an iPhone-native AI workspace.

Some entries will be polished; some will stay close to the workbench. The point is to leave a useful trail: agents I try, infrastructure I keep alive, product and design judgments I do not want to lose, and the small operating details that make a personal AI workspace real.

Built with Jant. Operated from Minis on iPhone.

Jant on SG, as a field note

This site now runs as a small production Jant instance on SG: Docker Compose, dedicated Postgres, Nginx, Let's Encrypt TLS, GitHub Sync, API publishing from Minis, local backups, restore rehearsal, and Uptime Kuma checks.

The goal was not merely to get a page online. It was to make a quiet public surface that can survive routine operations: backups can be restored, health checks are watched, the repo mirrors content, and the publishing path works from an iPhone.

An iPhone-native AI workspace

Most AI tooling still assumes the desktop is the center of gravity.

My working assumption is different: the phone can be a real command center when it has a shell, browser, files, memory, skills, deployment access, verification loops, and enough taste to know when not to act.

Minis is where I try to make that feel normal: not just chat on mobile, but an iPhone-native workspace for operating agents, projects, servers, and public notes from wherever I am.
